“Wie die Wissenschaft uns ernährt”
Frankfurter Allgemeine (FAZ), one of Germany’s leading newspapers wrote an article on ZEF and my research on the black soldier fly.
After grabbing a copy of the newspaper from the supermarket next door, I had a quick through the piece. The article’s author, the German journalist Dr. Jan Grossrath wrote, that he had seen some photos of black soldier flies feeding on spent water melones. Somehow I ended up at the cashier with both the newspaper & a water melon in my hand
